CULTIVATING WOMEN

Just got a phone call this morning from a female i was dealing with two years a good very fly & young lady. At the time we were together she was 20 we where together about a year before i left DIEGO to move to LITTLE ROCK it wasnt a bad break she just didnt understand that i was making moves and had to make some changes. I have to admit i did leave a stain on shorties heart at the time she didnt understand where i was coming from and now she does. The reason i say that is that you cant lock a young female down no matter how loyal she is to you because she hasnt had the time to mature to experience life she cant go out to the club really unless its 18 and up, you cant take her to a nice lil lounge or bar because she in not 21 so you get what im saying she is still in that see me faze attention. I took full responsibility for the situation because i shouldnt have gotten into a relationship knowing eventually i was going to make moves she wanted to stay in cali and i didnt. So one i got to Little Rock we stayed in contact knowing that long distance shit dont work my dick going to get to itching and her pussy going to get to itching its human nature to want to have your needs filled eventually.
I explained to her that i wanted her to live her life handle her business if it is meant for us to be together then we will but if she meets her a good man give him a chance move forward with her life because i cant give her what she wanted.  Let me stop for a minute and ask my ladies why is it when a man seems to push you away you want him more? I mean this is one of the most loyal females i have ever dealt with and it doesnt have anything to do with the age becuase i have dealt with older women as well I give a lot of credit to her moms and pops which makes a huge difference with how women carry themselves and what they look for in a man. What kept her loyal was i always let my actions speak followed through on my words.  So basically when i touched back down in Cali which was about a year ago we saw it other she was mad angry cried but she had her a rebound man until she meet someone else until she ready for something serious nothing wrong with doing the rebound thing for my fellas you have to know when you the rebound. So we parted ways didnt talk so i get the call this morning didnt answer the phone because i didnt knwo the number so i called it back it was her we talk laugh she tells me she engaged and she had another son i was like congrats thats a beautiful thing. She told me thanks for letting her go and givng her the knowledge i gave her when i was around (wasnt in those exact words just to much to list). The convo was about 5 minutes short in that short period of time tells you a lot if you know how to pay attention.

The title of the blog is Cultivating Females. What i mean by cultivating females is like you are preparing some land for gardening. When i reflected back on my past i see a lot of the women i have dealt with after we parted ways either got married or ended up in a good long term relationship. Then sometimes they would hit me up on FB, email, or call me to give me some appreciation saying that at that time they didnt understand what i was telling them at the time because i dont tell females what they want to hear instead what they need to hear. See every females has had at least one authentic man in her life that gave her some game some knowledge he let his actions speak to a certain degree for my fellas who do this she might not tell you or show appreciation for it but she will allways have love for you know matter what becuase you upgraded her with your knowledge so she can weed out the lames.  For my single fellas out there no matter how many women you deal with she should always leave you with some for of knowledge and a better woman. That shit goes a logn way with females if you know how to handle situations correctly even if she leave take responsibility and leave the door half cracked.

HATERS/NAYSAYERS

 A lot of us are socializing with haters and not even knowing it. We have people in our circle that don’t want us to come up in this world or either they have some haterism they will say slick comments act like they playing or they will down talk your dreams or goals. A lot of people we think are close to us envy or have some since of jealousy because you are striving to do bigger and better things with yourself. You have to watch those people some people just expect they bad out of life or either they don’t want to work for what they want they rather sit back wait for a hand out for you to come up so they can leach off your success. Instead of them trying to be on your team and help you build they rather sabotage your dream or just wait to get in your pockets.

 I heard some where I can’t remember who said it and my dad said something similar to this as well

"hustlers hang with hustlers, pimps hang with pimps, bosses hang with bosses, hoes hang with hoes, broke niggas hang with broke niggas" you are the company you keep. So you have to learn to distance yourself from people that are not beneficial to your success you don’t have to cut them off just love and be there from a certain distance. Like where I stay now I’m not going to lie I said in a bad area I really can’t call it the projects but it’s close to it I’m cool with a lot of people that live there they have poverty mind frame and a lot of negativity going on in their life’s basically they let their circumstances control them. I female associate of mine told me one day that she heard some cats talking greasy about me which I already figured because I just don’t fuck with a lot of niggas I like doing my own thing if a nigga not giving me no game no knowledge no info on how to make paper why do I want to fuck with him if all I see them doing every day is chase pussy, be dusty, begging, and smoke weed all day (I blow as well but shit when you broke smoking & fucking is the last thing from your mind you want to get paid) so anyway I brushed it off I guess she expected me to get mad or say some slick she and she a ratchet bitch herself all she was going to do is run back and tell them niggas you know them females who like drama or always in someone’s business they don’t give a fuck about you at all just want to start some shit. So basically I was just like hey I must be doing something right because they promoting me. When you on your way up is lonely climbing that mountain people have that crab in the barrel mentality instead of pushing you up then want to pull that down. I have experienced this with family members down here in Little Rock, AR so I had to distance myself from them as well.

 So if you are focused on reaching success and accomplish your goals associate yourself with likeminded individuals, people who want to be success, people who have some paper in their pocket because you know what’s going to happen it’s going to motivate you and that success will start rubbing off on you as well. The best way to deal with haters & naysayers is to smile and keep it pushing. Always do you stay focused till you shine.This post just was off the top of the head today I just saw some things today that made me want to write this. Thanks for taking the time to read.
